2. Server Nature

Cabal Warlords is a free-to-play private server created for entertainment purposes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the official Cabal Online publisher.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Sharing, selling, or trading accounts is done at your own risk.
• Staff will never ask for your password.
• We are not responsible for lost accounts due to negligence.

4. Fair Play Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of cheats, hacks, bots, or third-party programs.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics.
• Duplication of items or currency.
• Modifying game files.
• Attempting to disrupt server stability.

Violation may result in:

• Warning.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent ban.
• Item/account reset.

5. Exploits & Bugs

Players must report any bug or exploit immediately. Abusing bugs for personal gain will result in penalties.

6. Donations & Ecoins

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations do not guarantee server uptime.
• Purchased items are for in-game use only.
• Chargebacks will result in permanent ban.

7. Server Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify game content.
• Adjust rates and drops.
• Reset items if needed for balance.
• Perform maintenance without prior notice.

8. Conduct & Behavior

Players must not:

• Harass or insult others.
• Use offensive or discriminatory language.
• Impersonate staff.
• Advertise other servers.
• Spread false information.

9. Staff Authority

Game Masters and Admins have final authority on all decisions. Staff actions are not subject to public debate.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

11. Data Privacy

We only collect necessary information for gameplay. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

12. Disclaimer

Cabal Warlords is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
